Subject: Keeping Track of the Devices: Device Management Lessons from MonTECH
Description: This informal session takes a practical look at how MonTECH manages loaned devices, with a focus on overdue equipment recovery, theft prevention, and tracking strategies. We’ll share real-world approaches, missteps, and workarounds shaped by managing devices across a rural state—what’s working now, what’s still challenging, and what we’re actively trying to improve.
Participants: This CoP is open to all AT Act Program staff and subcontractors interested in device demonstration and short-term device loan activities.
