Discover how they’ve created an immersive environment that demonstrates practical AT solutions for transition-age youth and young adults. Their team will share how this partnership enhances post-school transition success through hands-on AT exploration. This session offers valuable insights for AT Act programs looking to strengthen their educational partnerships and develop similar demonstration environments.
Participants: This meeting is open to all AT Act Program staff and subcontractors interested in education.
